For context I’ve moved here on 16th of October 2024 and this charges invoice is for the 2.5 months of 2024.
Honestly 922 chf for 2.5 months seems excessive to me, however I have just recently moved to the Zurich region and maybe I am missing something 😅
I am allowed to annoy them and ask to show invoices for every charge in that account statement?

Man, the table is the opposite of helpful, your post would be better without it.
What are the headings of those numbers… I think for a large apartment building 380k CHF/year Nebenkosten could be realistic, looks like it’s divided by whatever number to get your share to be 482.20 in the 2.5 months.
Nebenkosten don’t really depend on the location but on property (e.g. what heating system, how good is the insulation etc.). I spend 350 for my small apartment in 2.5 months.
