I have been photographing birds for many years. Some of you may remember the nature posts that I added here quite regularly a year or two ago. Last fall I completed one of the more difficult topics – I photographed… a shadow. Specifically, the shadow of a great tit on discolored maple leaves. Taking such a frame can take years, everything has to work: the light, including the angle of incidence, the small distance of the bird from the object on which it casts a shadow, and finally the pose of the wild animal, which we have no influence on. But it worked. The results of Vogelwarte – a competition organized by the Swiss Ornithological Institute – were announced this week. 9,400 photos from 680 authors from 24 countries. And the above tit wins the category "Emotion". A frame that was taken literally outside the window, in my hometown of Bydgoszcz… This is the finale of the story of the shadow of a great tit on a maple leaf.

    1. To chyba o takich chwilach jak ta, Urszula nagra艂a piosenk臋 “Widzia艂am sikorki cie艅”.

艁adne zdj臋cie. G艂贸wnie liczy si臋 pomys艂 i cierpliwo艣膰 a to wida膰 w twoich pracach. Gratuluj臋 nagrody

    3. Szczere gratulacje! Sam amatorsko fotografuj臋 ptaki od lat i wiem i czasu, cierpliwo艣ci i czasem szcz臋艣cia potrzeba na jedno dobre zdj臋cie.

Nigdy nie spotka艂em si臋 z takim pomys艂em.

      Super uj臋cie!
