Why is that not relevant to the issue at hand? WHY IS THIS EVEN IN COURT IF THE JUDGE SAYS HE SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN CHARGED
Hemp literally does not get you high. It is an industrial product too, you can make bloody rope out of it. It has been legal in practically every European country for years if not decades.
