Yallo chat is the only free way to get support (phone call costs 1.50 CHF). And it’s totally broken. Only shows up when you’re _not_ logged in. When you then chat with it it ends up in an infinite loop.

Tell them repeatedly that you‘d like to talk to a real person. This worked for me when I tried to solve a problem for my grandfather
