    From experience it looks like they have done the hard part, the flight and return. The one big milestone with serious technical challenges will be quick turn arounds for the Starship.

    New Glenn is so slow and late Amazon had to hire ULA and others to fly their satellites. It does not look like it has much technical risks other than reuse, but it also has a very slow launch cadence and few flight articles in production.

  3. Tbh I can see HLS being ready in 2028, Starship seems to be coming along nicely following the small tiff with v2. Ground infrastructure is also in place to mass produce them.
