So Binjamin Netanjahu can fly over Poland and even come to Poland, but Putin can’t?

In my opinion both shouldn’t be able as both are war criminals, but help me spot the difference, please?

It would be great to detain Putin, but I don’t think he will be stupid enough to fly over Poland

Poland should first learn how to escort Geran drones down properly flying from Ukraine, and only then talk about plane landing

    4. Does anyone know how the enforcement part is theoretically possible?

Let’s suppose Poland sends fighter jets to intercept the plane, but it does not obey. What’s next? A non-compliant plane with a criminal on board is not a threat, but it can cause real danger if shot.

    5. It’s just posturing, I guess. I have no idea how would they even follow through with that.

    6. Honestly, it doesn’t matter – seems like Putin won’t attend the Budapest summit anyway.

It’s funny to say “oh no we would have to abide by the courts decision” just after the NorthStream alleged bomber didn’t get extradited.

And I say that even if I approve both setting free the alleged NorthStream bomber and arresting Putin the war criminal.
