Second attempt at redesigning Aargau’s flag. How did I do this time?

I’m not a vexillographer or a graphic designer, I just did this for fun; although constructive criticism is always appreciated. Explanation: The black lines at the bottom carry their original meaning, symbolizing the fertile soil found in Aargau. The three big stars represent the 3 major regions of Aargau, and the 11 smaller stars represent each district. Finally, the eagle in the middle is directly from the flag and coat of arms of Aarau, the capital city of Aargau.
