      I still can’t get over the fact that “Husarz” won the online vote as the name for our F-35s… It just doesn’t make sense. The hussars were cavalry, and air cavalry is the name for helicopters, not fighter jets.

      There was a cool option, “Harpia”, which was also the name of the programme to acquire these fighter jets, so it made total sense to name them that. But no, they had to choose the cringe ass name.

      This is going to be hilarious when the jets get grounded, when Uncle Sam won’t allow them to be used against Russia.
