So I bought this camera in September, stating the expected delivery time is between 3. 10 to 24.10.
But there’s no sign of shipping yet( the latest expected shipping date should be the day after tomorrow).
Asked galaxus a few times.. they always tell me that it will be arrive on time(before 24.10).. today they r like“ we can’t guarantee you anything”.
Kind feel bad since waited for months for this slight discount.

Anyone had experience with them with same situation?
They had really big issues with the warehouse. Not sure if they solved it. I had several orders lately being late
they have been terrible lately time-wise – several deliveries were delayed. The most annoying part is that they can’t give any clear estimate, it just says “delivery as soon as possible”.
In the last weeks I have received multiple deliveries, without delays. But I already waited for several weeks for some items from Galaxus. Mostly stuffs not in stock, but only announced delivery windows. Had one case where this window was moved three times, 2 months total delay.
Cancel the order and get the A6700 lol
Just galaxus being galaxus. Everything is „in stock“ and will be there tomorrow. And then you order and you wait.
I can remember in July i wanted to buy Zipper fluid and it told me that it will be reaey for pickup second week of August…….i got the Confirmation of pickup on the 1st of September
is it sold by galaxus/digitec themselves or a 3rd party like sony themselves? because if it‘s sold by sony then they can‘t do shit about shipping
