Does anyone have any idea what this company is and why it is so suspicious?

The selection process itself is extremely questionable and everything about this company is very suspicious, starting with the fact that most positions do not exist except for sales. Additionally, when you apply, you get a call almost immediately and you are told, sorry, the position is no longer available, but I can offer you a sales agent. After showing interest, you are immediately arranged to meet for a conversation on Telegram and you are even explained how to create an account there and that a certain person will call you at the arranged time, who often does not respond to the photo, gender or name that is expected. There, the team leader explains to you that you will be working with cryptocurrencies and stocks on the stock exchange and it is possible to talk to businesses of a higher level, therefore he tests you for two or three minutes in English. Then you are told that when passing this conversation, a polygraph follows and it is mandatory, because it is a financial institution and you handle very confidential personal information. When requesting a written offer, it is repeated that there is no such policy set by the company and they cannot give you a contract in any way. Only and only on your first working day, but otherwise everything discussed will be included in the offer as it should be. But necessarily after the polygraph and only on your first day of work. After the two conversations within 3 hours of each other on the same day, you are offered the offer and told to make up your mind right away because there were super many candidates for this position, and the position is even in the photo for which I was interviewed. There is no way to find out anything about the company or who, how you will work. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! Has anyone heard anything or worked for this company. What is your opinion?
