    2. My aunt makes a fermented honey, not like a dw贸jniak, but just straight honey in big carboys that is fermented with yeast. It takes 20 years to get to about 3%.

      Not really drinkable, but you eat it with a spoon.

    4. The one you’re drinking is quite easy to make. 2 parts of water 1 honey. Yeast. It needs to rest for 2-3 years.

      I made one that needs to rest for 10 years recently. That’s annoying.
