They absolutely should be. I don’t know how hard it would be to secure a conviction but it should, imo, certainly be tried if the police think that abuse is a contributing factor.
They absolutely should be but I think they will have a hard time getting Convictions sadly.
its literally a suicide though? just include the death in the abuse case and give an equivalent sentence because its horrific, why would we change definitionsÂ
Why stop there? Same logic could be applied to a million other cases, bullying being one that comes to mind.
This is mental and will be absolutely ripped apart in the courts and rightly so.
