  1. Nasa coincidently doesn’t know if the submitted plans would actually work, since they accidentally lost or deleted the pertinent data.

  2. Unfortunately government contracts encourage what amounts to lying about timelines. Giving a realistic timeline will mean you don’t get the contract. They end up on cycles sometimes where they constantly get unrealistic timelines cancel the contract and then get another contract with an unrealistic timeline.

  3. These private companies will fleece the tax payer just to do what was already done and has no real purpose. Trillions of tax dollars will be lost on this obserdity.
