The parliamentarian, former Brothers of Italy, he was accused of illegal possession of a collector’s weapon, while he was acquitted – "because the fact does not exist" – on the other charge: possession of war ammunition. The prosecutor had asked for a sentence of one year and six months. During the New Year’s Eve party Pozzolo injured one of the participants. The deputy has always declared himself innocent. After that incident, the parliamentarian was sidelined by the Melonian parliamentary group, complaining several times about the treatment he received.
The trial only concerned technical aspects of the weapon and bullets, as the charge of injuries was dropped after the compensation paid by Pozzolo and the consequent withdrawal of the complaint by the victim

Possesso di munizioni da guerra? Non per essere l’avvocato del Diavolo,ma quale PM è così stupido da considerare il suo calibro un calibro da guerra?
Per definizione i calibri da guerra sono cose come il 5.45mm russo,il 5.56 NATO,ogni .30 esistente e via salendo,tutto escluso il 9mm Para,il .22,il 10mm e qualcun altro. Per quanto riguarda i calibri da revolver,sono tutti consentiti proprio perché usate per questi ultimi (perlopiù)
Questo è uno degli episodi che mi hanno fatto più ridere e mi hanno dato la misura di che razza di gente c’è in quel partito:
Me lo sono immaginato che da bravo fascio si faceva tutto lo splendito con il pistolino nuovo in mano, poi, come un deficiente, fa partire un colpo per sbaglio ferendo altri e, ovviamente, da bravo FdI, ha provato a scaricare la colpa su chiunque altro.
Decisamente un alto rappresentante della nostra classe politica: se non fosse che la Meloni ha la chicca di aver dichiarato in parlamento che Ruby rubacuori era la nipote di Mubarak, quasi quasi le avrebbe potuto rubare la leadeship 🤣
Sarebbe stato fantastico se la sentenza fosse arrivata proprio a capodanno. Magari faceva un altro botto.

Scusate un attimo, premetto di non essere esperto e che la domanda che segue non è retorica: le lesioni con arma da fuoco non sono un reato? I reati possono essere trattati con le querele? E la questione si può chiudere con un risarcimento?
