I sarcastically wanna point out that children that die don’t grow up to have children so the number SHOULD decrease over time anyways
And Israel is doing its best to reverse this trend
One billions have also grown up to be assholes, what’s your point?
The way that title is written, it makes it sound like we started at a billion dead children, and now as time goes on we have less than a billion dead children. I guess if we wait long enough, there will be no more dead children!
China’s Communists’s Great Leap forward is always very visible on all mortality charts
Relative to birthrates would be interesting.
