I celebrated my first independence day in Polska today. Had breakfast then attended an event at the memorial, met some soldiers dressed in uniforms from the Warsaw uprising I believe.
Later participated in carrying the flag around town, met a lot of curious people, all good vibes.
    Happy independence day!
    Na razie 🙂

Why would we delete people celebrating our culture and history. Brings a tear to my eye. Enjoy your day!

    2. I think if you respect the culture of the country you are currently in, it brings only joy from the locals

    3. Poland is for everyone that cultivates it’s culture and history so I’m happy you had great day. Although I hope you didn’t meet as many Celtic cross people as I did on Warsaw streets today.

    4. For a while I was confused by the not very Polish breakfast (I assumed you stayed at a a polish house or just with other Poles). Then I remembered what I myself ate today for breakfast…

    5. Makes me so happy seeing people celebrating our culture, especially something like Independence Day 🙂 Thank you for this post lol, made my day

Brother. I don’t celebrate it myself as I believe the date is wrong.. but seeing you joining us..

I’m not only blown away. I’m melted. You’ve melted my heart and soul. I don’t have the words to express how grateful I am.

If you’re actually living in Poland, I hope one day you’ll feel that you’re one of us. Thank you ❤️

    7. If you’re talking about soldiers in uniform, those in the photo are definitely not from the Warsaw Uprising. Or rather, from the first brigade after Poland regained independence.
