I’m extremely overwhelmed right now and struggling to make sense of this.
My abo recently went from less than 30.- to around 85.- because I guess a sale deal expired. I went to the salt website, logged in, and there was an offer that is super cheap. I clicked through, made sure all the info was correct etc, and then clicked "Continue to payment," where it said this.
Could someone explain like I’m five exactly what they are saying here? I expect some of you are gonna think it’s obvious and I’m stupid, but I’m genuinely having a rough day, struggling to parse information, and would appreciate some sincere help. Thank you.
Edit: Thanks for the help, everyone! <3 I ended up overcoming my phone anxiety to call them, issue has been sorted! : )

You can call them for a discounted subscription or move to another company. You can take your number along with you.
Seems to me they did an automatic credit check and you can only conclude a prepaid contract, not a “contract for several months”
How I interpret their poorly-translated message: for some reason they think you’re not a reliable payer, they’re worried you’re not gonna pay your bills, so they’re forcing you into a prepaid plan.
Just get off of Salt while you can, it’s a shit company.
Hey! My BF work at salt, he said he could do smth for you. DMing you.
Maybe check your ZEK register
