This is by far the LEAST messed up underground collection island I’ve seen.
If a few withered flowers, bottles and paper next to a container are considered a model of Ljubljana’s cleanliness, then I know that the smart municipal system has finally failed.
The system of underground collectors supposedly saves the city, in reality it only saves the illusion of developed Europe in the PPT presentation for municipal employees.
What is real practice? I’m on the 10th floor by myself and there’s nothing better than coming down and looking for a card.
Not to mention the fact that sometimes the card "they do not receive" in the first. I am of the opinion that this is purposeful.
Who hasn’t fallen for the full collection bins, where then half of the folk shine with waste next to the platform and get a lecture about "responsible behavior"?
You don’t have to make systems that require Santa Claus or a unicorn to be the only one who always finds his RFID card.
The excuse for every fail is, of course, a technical error or "the users are to blame".
In fact, the user’s first logic is the minimum obstacle, the shortest time and the least effort!
Why haven’t they made smart collectors really smart? I don’t know that a signal/alarm is triggered when it is 80% full and emptying is ordered immediately?
Why didn’t they basically program the containers to have OR card OR phone attached as optional?
The problem with forgotten cards is solved immediately.
All of this can be clearly seen on a PowerPoint presentation, which the city’s dignitaries watch during discussions.
I personally hate it every time I have to put the card down to throw away the trash.
What, but one more thing, will it be necessary to touch a card so that you can get out of the block at all? That they will monitor when we leave the apartment and not just when we throw out the trash?

Velik problem so tudi najemniki kratkotrajnih nastanitev/turisti, kjer jim gostitelj (verjetno) ne da kartice/razloži uporabe in potem odložijo kupe smeti okoli teh smetnjakov, snaga pa rabi še en teden da odpelje tiste vreče nametane okoli najlepšega eko otoka v mestu, de. Aja vmes si pa še podgane pa vrane postrežejo v tem buffetu.
Lol da ne omenjam, da so naredili izredno tesne reže za papir in embalažo, iz česar je nedvomno razvidno, da so imeli v mislih zgolj starejše občane, ki v smetnjake prinesejo po en časopis in en jogurtov lonček. Drugi pa med vsemi svojimi “side-hustli”, da si lahko privoščimo pregrešno drago najemnino, nimamo časa eno po eno stvar dol nosit. Tak morem pa vrečko z embalažo tišat noter ko en idiot in sanjam o časih, ko smo mel še kante kjer si faking odprl pokrov in dal stvari not. Nedvomno je bilo bolj čisto in popolnoma nič me ni motilo, da so v naše kante metali tudi iz drugih sosesk, saj je tisto manjše zlo v primerjavi s tem.
Sistem na kartico, kjer je vsako odlaganje smeti v mešane in biološke odpadke plačljivo (5 odlaganj je sicer menda vključenih v ceno odvoza smeti, ki se je, mimogrede, ob uvedbi podzemnih zbiralnikov zvišala za 100%), ljudi, ki gledajo na vsak cent, spodbuja k temu, da v svojem stanovanju kopičijo smeti in jih potem v odprtino nabašejo kolikor gre, da je strošek za njih čim manjši. Inkasanti so se seveda spomnili tudi narediti majhno odprtino, da moraš večkrat na mesec nesti smeti kot bi jih sicer pri PREKLETIH NORMALNIH KANTAH. Vedno se je govorilo, da so smeti dober business in očitno so res, pa še fantastičen način za degradirat rajo. Prosim, dejte še mal Jankovića volit, ker je zrak absolutno prečist, javni promet popolnoma preveč dostopen, parkirišča prepoceni, ulice samevajo, odlaganje smeti pa jue nadvse preveč enostavno.
Z vsakim dnem se lajf v prestolnici degradira s, tako se zdi, grotesknim zafkravanjem občanov s strani šerifa. Verjamem pa, da so turistom naši “ekološki otoki” všeč in sploh ni svinjarije, podgan in smradu.
Pa še ena predreferendumska: ob tem, da so mi uničili še odlaganje smeti, si kar zaželim, da bi imeli klerikalci prav in bi se lahko evtanazirali tudi zdravi, da mi ne bi bilo treba gledat tega idiotizma.
