hi, i’m trying to create my bank account online using the UBS app. i started the process then exited when it was time to do the video call. when i re-entered, it showed this message. it’s been like this for over 24 hours. i’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, cleared cache and everything else they suggest. anyone know what to do?

Maybe go to a usb filiale and ask there.
Probably technical issue. If it doesn’t resolve tomorrow give them a call.
stuff (IT) breaks from time to time :give it 4hours : then call the helpdesk
my UBS app was buggy as well last week but it randomly started working again a few days later. I am not sure what caused it. I think the app itself seems to have some issues lately. can you do the procedure on your PC or laptop? if not, i would recommend going to the UBS bank near you and set up the account there.
