Hello! I decided to upgrade the platform I created – ZnamCenite.BGadding and visualizations for the average prices per sq. m for the properties in Bulgaria🏠. I start with the sale prices for the six largest cities – Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Ruse and Stara Zagora. And in the future, I plan to add data for more cities, as well as visualizations of average rental prices.

Data is based on public information available from property platformswith neighborhoods with unstable or incomplete data excluded. The average prices per square meter represent the median offer value calculated on all available listings for apartments in the neighborhood for the relevant year. The indicated prices are quotations and not actual sales values. The data can be used as indicative and depend heavily on the number of offers available on the Internet in the given year.

In the current version you can see price movementas well as to use additional functionalities such as price comparison between neighborhoods and calculation of indicative price by yeara. I’m open to new ideas, so if you can think of something that would be useful, I’d be happy if you could share it.

If you also notice any irregularities, write to me. Thanks to!

The project is completely voluntary and I put the most effort into this visualization for now. Therefore, I will be happy for you to take a look at the new section 👉 ZnamCenite.BG and share it with friends and family! And if you’re feeling generous, you can press the button Support me ❤️to stimulate me further. I would appreciate it! 🙂

Винаги съм се чудил центъра защо е толкова назад в тия класации?

  3. а как е събрана / доколко е достоверна информацията за цените през годините?
