We finally took the plunge this year after octopus were offering interest free deals.. been deciding for ages.
So glad we did. I think Seeing reform trying to cock block infrastructure development for their fossil fuel paymasters is only going to make prices rise.
This is great but I just don’t know how people get the maths to work for them. It takes so long to make your money back on them and I’m not certain they add much in the way of resale value to properties… or is that where I’m going wrong? Can you actually make your money back from the investment if you want to sell up?
