It concerns the events of this summer when the MeF had placed the Golden Power on Unicredit so that it would not proceed with the OPS on Banco BPM.

Golden shower.
Soprattutto perché poi per Mediobanca invece tutto ok per l’acquisizione da parte di MPS (che era pure più piccola). Forse perché tutte queste operazioni sono state fatte/bloccate per favorire la cerchia politica. Bloccata BPM perché vicina alla Lega, consentita Mediobanca perché MPS ha come azionariato il governo + Caltagirone vicino al governo.
A me non fa specie questo ma come il Tar abbia dato parzialmente ragione al governo.
Comunque questi sono solo puri interessi politici sulla testa di tutti noi: in un paese acculturato questa roba farebbe perdere voti, qui passa in centesimo piano.
Bravi ma mettete in mora pure le banche visto che ci state
