    1. It’s honestly a very easy to make fast food but you can elevate this with good quality ingredients.

      1. If you want to go with tradition: Cheapest bun with fried champignons. The cheapest cheese you can find and compulsory Tortex ketchup.

      2. If you feeling fancy:

      * Fry champignons on dry pan till they release water. Reduce the liquid. About halfway cooking mushrooms will reduce their size and liquid should evaporate. Then add butter. Fry it for a while, add, salt, pepper and little of garlic powder (this way of preparing mushrooms is very Christmas like)
      * Pick a freshly baked bułka kanapkowa(sandwich roll I presume), slice in half horizontally, spread butter lightly. You can add a little bit of garlic
      * Pick different types of cheeses. Easily melted one,high moisture one and some fragrant one.
      * Bake it till the cheese is melted.
      * Tortex is compulsory. You can mix it with mayo and onion to make a quick sauce for it

      Bun should be crispy not hard and soft inside. Mushrooms should be juicy and full of flavor. Cheese is like a cherry on top with a sweetness of ketchup to finish the palate masterpiece.
