When someone pronounces your “cław/sław” ending name as “Slav” for the 2millionth time despite writing it phonetically for them and only saying your name correctly
I mean ethymologically it’s slav, every slavic country around poland has just normal l instead of ł. Ngl J respect this level of pet peeve

i prefer reading it as L instead of W because i better say gLUwny instead of gÓwny while trying to say it with Ł

Makes sense that this is about your partner. Poles are not normally offended by something like that. Polish names can be very hard to pronounce for non Poles. I wouldn’t anybody expect to learn the pronunciation.
