      They are made from series of vertical plastic blades angled specifically rather than a solid sheet because it allows wind to pass through easily.
      A solid wall would catch too much wind (like a sail), requiring massive foundations to stay upright during storms.

    4. My question is, does this allow using a high beam? I’ve seen many do it, it’s not blinding me on the other side but I still wonder
