There are several similar wafers produced by other companies too – Prince Polo, Estella, Princessa, Grześki. If you’re in Poland, just about any convenience store or supermarket will carry some of them. More likely than not, any Polish store abroad will do as well.

These are better not produced in Germany /s

Price Polo or Grześki are common in Polish and international stores in the US where I’ve lived. Looks pretty similar to that

Outside of airlines, these are Elitesse bars! They have a bar like the one you’ve got and a triangle shaped version. I think they’re harder to find abroad tho, so if you want something similar you could look for Prince Polo or Princessa ones 🙂

The more popular version of this is called Pryncypałki

As someone mentioned, this is airline edition stuff. By the looks of it it is probably based on Elitesse, The triangle one is the best:
look for it in food stores that are not Żabka.
Thanks to all the amazing and professional Lot flying crews for gifting me those sweet treats everytime I fly in and out of Warsaw. I say a proper Dzięki and sometimes they dare to slip in another one at their own discretion with a sweet proszę bardzo.

So this one was produced specifically for the airline. But the manufacturer is indicated as Skawa Wadowice. They produce a range of similar wafers:
