About a year ago, surveyors came to this location to measure the exact area of ​​the plot, and after some time workers came to cut down the trees there. The parking lot on the upper right has been fenced off. On the website for public viewing of plots, it appears that all four plots are owned by the same owner. I conclude, of course, that he intends to build there. Btw, the house on the plot on the lower left (827) is a dilapidated one, which he will probably want to demolish.

I would like to know where I can find out exactly what will be built, and if and how we, as residents of the neighboring block, can influence the height of the new building and how close it will be built.
