  1. Honestly? Probably yes, but it will fall into disrepair in two years and the quality itself will also be mediocre at best

    Biggest obstacle is financing. Georgia itself doesn’t have money for it, let’s think through potential partners. USA doesn’t fund international projects anymore. EU has pretty much broken ties with GoG. Russia and Arabic countries, lol, they don’t finance shit unless they own it themselves. That leaves China which has already financed at least 5 different major infrastructure projects around Georgia over the past decade. Would they do another? Hard to say.

    they haven’t finished renovating Vake Park, parts of it are still walled off. They started before or during covid. I mean longer they take more money they can launder or straight up steal from the budget. Basically it says on the paper they are still working on it and budget of Tbilisi pays.

    Kinda works the same for other projects, like renovation of metro station or if they ever actually start the tram lines.

    The only thing they can build is a wall between the people and anything that might be good for them.
