I saw the other day that the gov is mandating workplaces give their workers union guidance. Good work. In absence of 50%+ employee representation on company boards (as they have in Germany, albeit supervisory boards only), unions are the only thing protecting workers atm.

  2. I need Keir Starmer to cause Grand Theft Auto VI to be delayed again to finish my 2025 bingo card.

  3. It’s not like Rockstar is going to be short of cash when they finally release the damn game.

Treat your loyal and skilled staff like you’d want to be treated!

  4. I no longer believe that such blatant and obvious breaches of the law will ever be enforced on anyone who runs or owns a business. They are clearly above the law and union busting isn’t something that the government will stick its neck out over. It will gnash some teeth to see if they will rehire them and if not let them get away with it.

Hang on, fired FOR union busting? That’s a bit weird. Wouldn’t it be the employers who are union busting themselves?

  6. If Kier Starmer causes GTA6 to be delayed further… He is already less popular than Tony Blair during the invasion of Iraq.

Hopefully the Labour government actually treat this seriously. Union busting is a big deal.
