SVP demands independence! From Europe! Again! But they just cant seem to find their spine to find it in regards to the USA.
They’re an absolute Clownshow of a Party and I guess that explains it all. They just wish they had their own Trump for us to exploit the citizens of Switzerland more and better.
Calling it now: Switzerland will be on it’s knees once more, ready to take it, when the fat, orange and tiny handed Man arrives for WEF.

I’m flabbergasted that Trump basically attacking a NATO ally isn’t enough to prove to the Swiss politicians that we need independence from the USA.
Wir werden uns anpassen müssen, so wie immer. Die Schweiz mit 9 Mio Leuten ist zu klein, um als Stern am Himmel der Nationen mit Führungsanspruch leuchten zu können.
The SVP has lost all credibility. For the SVP, the EU is the worst thing in the world, an institution that will take away all our freedoms. What exactly this freedom is, and how a country completely dependent on imports and exports could ever be free and independent, is conveniently ignored. On the other hand, the USA under Trump, which blackmails Switzerland with tariffs and forces us into deals, is not a problem for the SVP. This party isn’t even loyal to the principles it pretends to have. It’s just a joke.
In the coming decades, close cooperation with Europe will be more important than ever.
I mean, don’t mistake WEF for the official Switzerland. Of course Trump will be like he is always, blasting his stupid stuff. But what he talks on WEF has little to do with Switzerland really. Didn’t watched Arena. But honestly, Switzerland is a leave in the waters. First its up to EU and European Nato Countries to put this clown into his place. Switzerland has no say in Greenland or anything else.
And also, looking at the US midterms, it seems like Trump will be a lame duck after those elections unless some miracle happens and foreigners eat dogs and cats again, and American voters are stupid again. So Trump is on the clock.
