If the canned *Soissons* beans from Migros or the canned *Bianchi di Spagna* or *Haşlanmış* *Beyaz Fasulye Jumbo* from your trusted mediterranean corner shop won’t do, you can always shlep to your trusted Desi shop in town and get something that says *Butterbeans* proper on the package, say from TRS brand (dried), or Heera (boiled).
Curious: What is this extra special delicacy you are cooking that mere mortal big white beans would be such an insult to?

I found dried ones in Coop, but now when I Google it I can’t find them, but that’s where I bought them
