  1. Chart needs wider range at the top end. There are well over a million homes worth over $1million in California.

  2. It’s interesting that the counties on the TN side of the TN/KY border are pretty consistently higher than their KY counterparts.

    my opinion: vast swaths of the interior west having such home prices is a bubble that will pop. It makes no sense for land far from jobs and services to be so expensive.

  4. Tennessee is pretty wild, you can see a significant price / color shift right at the state line to Kentucky.
