Take the kids into care like they would if anyone else’s kids were doing this. Arrest the parents for child neglect.
Got to love that passive voice. Shall we rewrite it more honestly?

Why, just why do some travellers seem determined to make themselves hated? I also wish that traveller groups would acknowledge there is anti-social behaviour problem within the community that needs addressing.

Men are rapists. And pedophiles and domestic abusers.
Is it ok for me to judge men by the actions of individual men? I bet you’d say no.
Judging Travelling folk by the actions of individuals is wrong and immoral too.
These people understand only one type of language, force. Might makes right in their community. Every time they display this behaviour riot cops should swoop in, impound their caravans/cars (wonder how many are properly taxed/insured), and anyone objecting get a beating or two
