I’m on a bet to identify this girl. She portraied the love interest in “Melodrama” videoclip by Saddraddin, a Kazakh artist, shot in Turkey.

The girl is uncredited everywhere, but she appears to have a Georgian tattoo on her left arm.

Maybe she some sort of Georgian influencer?
