How fucking good is bureaucracy?!!
Now just put a speed camera in and catch everyone that doesn’t slow down to 10 for the 500mm section.
I think the “end” sign has been rotated. It makes sense that it ends where it starts in opposite directions.
The shared zone refers to Flinders Lane. It does not extend into Chester Lane which is primarily vehicular.
