    1. Whether it was deliberately released or whether it was accidental, thousands died from this tragedy alone

    2. Called white people dogs for not agreeing with him.

When did the hate speech laws kick in again?

    3. A little bit of discussion about history…and whoosh! Like a case of bad BBQ food poisoning, the very predictable stream of watery diarrhoea arrives in the comments, as Team ginger whinger supporters, flag waving, plop in with their splashy dysentery grumpiness and likely inaccurate retort.

      Don’t ruin the barbecue boys.

    4. Our tax dollars spent promoting misinformation for the sole purpose of dividing people. Awesome.

This may be a shocker but highly infectious viruses have a way of spreading like, well, a virus.

Even if this was true, which best evidence indicates it wasn’t, what is the point of this? No-one is saying indigenous people’s weren’t persecuted or suffered, WE KNOW.

Having a fuckin’ barbie with your mates and thinking about how lucky we are to live here is not denying that suffering any more than any other nation with as much blood on their hands celebrating their nation. We talk about indigenous suffering a lot and have many days and events dedicated to it. This one day focussing on being grateful for the good things does not diminish the recognition of the bad things that have happened in the past.
