Kenji the shadow cat is looking for his forever family

Hello! We foster for Heart and Soul rescue and we have the most beautiful, playful boy ready to find his forever family.

Kenji is a stunningly handsome boy wrapped in a sleek, silky, pure black coat. He's on the hunt for a calm, cosy indoor only home where he can focus full-time on his favourite hobbies: playing fetch, chatting to his humans and getting lots of pats and cuddles.

Kenji is your typical teenage cat, full of sass and opinions. His daily schedule includes demanding cuddles, feather wand playtime, chasing toy balls around the house, sudden bursts of zoomies, and then doing it all over again. He’s a loyal little shadow who loves to hang out near his carers and be part of whatever they're doing.

Kenji’s dream home is a quiet, patient one. While he puts on a confident front, too much change or chaos can make him feel a bit overwhelmed. Routine is his comfort zone. He would also love for his people to be around more often then not.

Kenji must go to a home as an only cat. He does not like to share his attention and scents. In one of Kenji's previous foster homes, he lived with 2 resident dogs. He doesn’t mind them, as long as they don't pay too much attention to him. Therefore Kenji would be okay with calm, independent doggies (and children who are high school aged or above).
