What a total waste
Older people, I would assume. My grandma has a smartphone but doesn’t use the contacts app. She writes all the important numbers down on her notepad and just dials them manually.

Regulatory requirement
I’d actually love an up to date Sydway book. Just for shits and giggles but it’d be hilarious to give to P platers who can’t use their phone and they have it open on their laps instead
You can no longer search for residential phone numbers on the White Pages online (thanks to roboscrapers allowing scammers to make nuisance phone calls).
That’s one reason why the books are still being printed.
Is AAA Cabs still on the first page?
