For starters, as of October 2025, Meta and Google no longer allow political advertising. So that not all currently active customers advertise on Meta.

The restrictions are a direct result of the new Regulation (EU) 2024/900 on the transparency and targeting of political advertising (TTPA), which has been in force since October this year.

But the Freedom Movement has a very easy bypass – Slovenia Next.

There, of course, they clearly state that the owner of the copyright, the administrator of the page and everything is the Freedom Movement.

As mentioned, customers no longer have advertisements on Meta. However, there are 27 ads active on the Slovenia Next profile. Svoboda therefore directly violates Meta’s rules, as well as the EU regulation.

Link to proof: https://www.facebook.com/ads/library/?active\_status=active&ad\_type=all&country=SI&is\_targeted\_country=false&media\_type=all&search\_type=page&sort\_data\[direction\]=desc&sort\_data\[mode\]=total\_impressions&view\_all\_page\_id=936397452891144

Svoboda therefore violates the essential requirements of the TTPA Regulation regarding transparency and disclosure of political advertising, in particular because it is not clearly labeled as political advertising and does not reveal the identity of the sponsor.

Upam, da se Inštitut 8 marec aktivira in pošlje ovadbo na računsko sodišče. Da ne bo prišlo do zavajanja volilcev.
