De lokali Denner het scho Osterhase dusse… sogar scho paar in Aktion.
Edit: It was already a long day for me… i read english… instantly translate it in my mind and then i just answer in swiss german xD.

Seriously, carnival starts in two weeks and Lent in three. Shouldn’t Migros be focusing on Fasnachtschüechli instead?
People complain (rightfully so!) that Christmas products appear in shops in October or even September, but there’s little else cultural and festive happening in autumn and early winter (is there anything after Erntedankfest and Alpabzug?). We have the entire carnival starting in few weeks, with all of its traditions, and Migros is pushing Easter cakes to customers.

I bought them yesterday (with sultanians too) and I thought the same.
I realized Easter is really far and as I love them so much it will be difficult to control myself during more than 2 months…

Tbh, if any season can’t be too long, it’s Osterchüechli. I love them (mit Wybeeri btw). And somehow they seem to be cheap enough that they still taste like 30 years ago. In opposition to Fasnachtschiechli.

To be fair: In the east Fasnacht allready started (e.g. Gossau SG hat its Umzug last week). Nevertheless it’s very early for this and it’s for sure too early for Easter products

Why not call them Rosinenchüechli and sell them all year round?
