      >**The photos, which showed young women or possibly teenagers with their faces visible, were largely removed after The New York Times began notifying the Justice Department.**

NyTimes only one reporting on this at the moment for obvious reasons. This broke a couple hours ago. Sorry for the paywall.

    2. One of the stipulations of the law signed was that victims and people innocent of the crimes like a cook or whatever at an event wouldn’t be identified. It is illegal to do so. This is another example of the incompetence and or malice of the Trump admin breaking the law.

Officially, we have a government consists of pedophiles and sexual child molesters headed by Donald Trump.

    4. Weird that the administration of PDF files failed to see anything wrong with posting potentially under age nude photos….

No matter how you slice it, the US government is a purveyor of child pornography.

Leave it to this DoJ/FBI to publish documents that potentially make any downloader of the files in possession of child pornography (if the claim that some of the nude girls are indeed underage is true). Absolute incompetence.

Bondi and Blanche need to be impeached. They violated the law by not meeting the deadline, then they violated the law by not masking the victim’s faces, and then they violated the law by masking non-victim’s faces.

They’re doing it on purpose. This is Trump trying to humiliate and bully victims into silence.

    9. so they redacted trumps name and withheld documents for him but then they pushed out cp

      this is maga

But of course they are redacting the names of some suspects. Aaron Parnas posted one of the files which was an FBI report from 2008 which listed a victims name, unredacted, but redacted the alias she was assigned (or it was just “hereafter known as (redacted)”). Also not redacted: her date of birth, her address at the time, her phone number, where she worked, and the fact that she was taking acting classes.

    11. They opened “ongoing investigations” into Trump and friends so they officially can’t release any information tied to those “ongoing investigations.” So the real damaging stuff on Trump likely isn’t seeing the light of day while he’s alive. One more crime he got away with because the entire GQP is complicit and looks the other way.

    12. Is it shocking a government run by a pedophile just released child porn to the public?

    13. “We can’t release these files – we must protect the victims!”

*Releases the files with the victims faces visible and nude* 💀

    14. This is all a waste of time. We need to get back to investigating Benghazi, Hillary’s email server, Obama’s Brown suit, and Joe Biden’s autopen!

    15. They can take the time to scrub trump out of it as much as possible, but can’t even review the photos to ensure they’re clothed or not showing the faces of victims? At this point, one would have to assume they’re just trying to punish the victims for persistence in getting the files released.

So DOJ going to get charged with spreading child porn right? We want the perpetrators names, not the pictures of the victims.
