Did he call the council and find out the spot was indeed his? Is there a 2 wheel trailer parked there too?

  2. Definitely keep it and put it on their windshield the next time they park their shitbox in that spot

  3. Got any mates that need to park there car while they’re on holiday? If so I know where they can park

  4. Although I’ve never gone this far, I’m not sure why but it makes me irrational when someone parks outside my house.

    It’s absolutely ridiculous really.

As long as it’s registered, park it wherever you like that’s legal. I’d park there twice as often. I hate entitled people

He forgot the bit about how he pays for the spot outside his place and therefore also owns it but can also park his sixth vehicle outside your house because he also owns that because he pays rego and rates and stuff

Flip over the note and write a message on the back. Oh note passing, how fun! welcome to the neighbour ****heads :). Straight into the letterbox. Or knock on the door ha

  8. tbh it shits me when people who dont live at my house park in front of it, and its not once in a while, its daily. Theres parking all along the street but they all park in front of mine likely because i have cctv

Honestly I’d be annoyed too. I have people that park on the grass in front my house and that’s where I park or put my bins out and their car is always fkn there. Like basically up against my fence.

  10. I’d immediately knock and tell them I’ll park in a public road wherever I find appropriate and if they have an issue, they can kick rocks. Then obviously point my security camera at my car.

  11. A street near us has a rampaging middle aged type who constantly sooks about parking issues. We warn family and friends it’s best to give it a miss just in case she’s on the warpath

Stick it to the closest power pole with brackets reading underneath (loser neighbour thinks their opinion matters)

  13. It’s common courtesy or etiquette not to frequently park your car in front of someones house, especially outside the same house consistently.

As a home owner, I don’t mind the occasional rogue vehicle, however, it sh*ts me when some neighbours use their garage for a “weekend car”, but then park their so called everyday “sh*tbox* on someone else’s front strip.

  14. Unless you have to – I think it’s neighbourly courtesy not to park in front of someone’s house. If you have to – it’s courtesy to let them know why and how long, this can easily defuse a situation.

However boy we are also missing context. For all I know your car is a stinking shit heap, leaking oil on the verge, backfiring when you start it at 4am, and pissing them off when you run music at full volume while you sit there windows down texting your boyfriend.

Your neighbour is still a twat for writing the note.
