I honestly can’t even bring myself to properly look at it…
Seems expensive compared to now, factoring in inflation
About the prices I was paying at that time in the same areas. And I remember thinking that $260 a week for my flat was EXPENSIVE. Sigh.
yep seems like a lot compared to purchase prices
