      Ive never forgiven RR for changing their chicken strips in the Flayva and Rippa Sub.

      I’m starting to like RR now than KFC. They have better gravy and it’s not too salty. KFC also serves pigeon sizes now.

      I feel that.

      Sometimes I send out computer parts and recognise someone’s name.

      I’ll write “G’day ****!” (their old online gaming handle) with a smiley face.

      It’s kinda weird… sometimes these are oldschool peeps I used to play with online 20yrs ago.

      No idea how my brain remembers this stuff eh

      My God the pickle mayo they sell is the best I’ve ever had, like a punch in the face of pickle flavour 

      The chips are amazing if they are fresh and seasoned well, my favourite chip out of all the fast food chips 

      I’m also a big fan of the regular fried chicken and hot honey fried chicken

      I am struggling to afford Red Rosster and KFC with Uber Eats and Door Dash. Only ordering it 4 times a week now

      The rooster roll + quarter chicken, chips n gravy is the authentic order.

      For the quality of their whole chicken I will happily pay the extra couple of dollars over Woolies/Coles bbq chickens

      Chermside Starbucks, one of the girls had drawn a little bear face and sometimes a few short words on the cup for a long while. She still works there but I don’t recall if she still does the drawings on the cup. I don’t order drinks very often from there anymore, usually just get my matcha sachets and leave these days.

      I used to order from Sea Fuel in West End reasonably regularly. Our every other’ish Friday treat. Really enjoyed their food. We had to move house to the north side and I sent them a thank you and goodbye message with my final order and they left us a really nice message with the order. (And I think they gave the biggest portion ever.) 

      It’s nice to get reminders there’s people at the other end there, it’s not just a vending machine.

      My local red rooster can’t manage a rooster roll and a container of gravy at 5pm on a weekday.
