According to the 2026 Performance Program Report of the General Directorate of Highways, 2 Bosphorus Bridges and 7 Highways; 2025 net profit (own income) of the public: 600 Million Dollars. Based on this, its 25-year net profit is: 15 Billion Dollars. AKP is trying to collect this amount of money in bulk before the elections.

So what will companies gain if these privatizations take place? The lower the price of the privatization tender for companies is 15 Billion Dollars, the more direct profit they will make. In addition, all increases in vehicle tolls in 25 years will create a profit of at least 33 Billion Dollars for these companies.
