Crumb rubber asphalt is a decent way to reuse some of the rubber but invariably there needs to be better tyre recycling protocols so people don’t dump them.

Move it in the middle of an Eastlink freeway interchange, put some lights underneath so it looks like it’s on fire at night, call it art.
