OPG of Adv. Hristo Rastashki from the MECH party related to real estate and financial fraud

I want to tell the story of an organized crime group that has a representative and a leader in one of the country houses in the parliament.

It is about a woman of retirement age (grandmother) receives a call from a person posing as an investigating police officer, who explains that she will receive a threat on the phone and they are conducting an investigation against this group. The woman receives a threatening call immediately after speaking with the police impersonator, immediately returning the call to a police officer who instructs her that they need funding for their investigation and directly asks her for money. She replies that she has BGN 18,800 in cash and gold (jewelry), agreeing to hand over the money and gold. Do it.

A month later, another call comes that they need more money because the investigation is deepening, asking her if she has more money or jewelry, to which she replies that she has 6,000 BGN more in the bank. She was instructed by the person on the phone to withdraw the money and hand it over to the same place immediately. She does.

A month or two later he gets another call, with the person posing as a policeman explaining that the investigation turns out to involve groups from Turkey and Serbia, and they will need more funding, asking if he has any property to sell. She replies that she has a flat which is 4/6 of her property and it is complicated to get her daughters to sell it. Then the person on the phone says that there is someone who will assist her. He gives the phone to Adv. Hristo Rastashki from MECH. They have a conversation and he advises her to donate 1/6 of the apartment to a company named Berg – to Stefan Berg, a person involved in buying properties, and he will transfer money to her as a donation. He sells the other part to the same people.

In short, they conclude the deal through notary Kalina Markova, who also sees no problem in the deal, and Stefan Berg acquires a 4/6 apartment at a price of BGN 90,000, the value of which at the moment was at least 2.5x the price.

Now Adv. Rastashki is suing the old woman’s daughters so that Stefan Berg’s company can acquire the other 2/6ths of the apartment, and in the end they will have taken an apartment for more than half the price.

The most interesting thing and it is a complete coincidence that at first glance there is no connection between these people – Rastashki, Berg and Markova. It turns out that Rastashki bought a house in Sozopol 100 m from the water last year for BGN 60,000, becoming Berg’s neighbor and who else became their neighbor – notary Markova, who also bought a house for BGN 48,000 right next to Rastashki.
