I’d say redditors leaving Finland is a good thing.
Total collapse, society in mayhem, blood on the streets.

Collapsing? Hell no. We’re just in the middle of unstable times and some economical recession, so of course people will move for a better life. That’s life.
This starts to look russian trollfarm disinfo campaign. Happens in different forms in different forums every now and then.
Just few posts like this would be real. First someone posting he is leaving, and another one inspired by that post. .
Government is less friendly towards foreigners. There’s strict rules.

This is the English-language sub. You’re more likely to find here foreigners who haven’t learned Finnish adequately, because otherwise they could have moved on to r/suomi. In turn, lack of language skills mean less chances in this job market.
Granted, even on the Finnish-language sub you’ll find a dismal outlook here and there, but this sub has had doom and gloom from unassimilated immigrants for as far back as I can remember it, years and years ago now.
Whiny expats who thought Finland is a candyland and refused to learn finnish and then reality hit them in the face with a bitchslap. Or Russian troll farm operation.
My bet is on the latter.
