Pseudopatriotic sticker. Nothing to worry about. Just exalted portion of WW2 history:
The Cursed Soldiers
(The Unbroken) were members of the Polish post-war independence and anti-communist underground, who after 1944 resisted the Sovietization of Poland and the imposed communist regime. Up to 180,000 people fought in the ranks of the underground (AK, NSZ, WiN), who were called “bandits” by the communist regime. March 1 is celebrated as the National Day of Remembrance of the Cursed Soldiers.

Polish nazis. A paradox – some Poles glorifying ideology which almost wiped out Poland…

Sticker in memory of Polish resistance fighters – who didn’t bow after the IIWW to the communist regime and fought against them later.
Of course all the communist scum hate them, so their will slander in their usual typical fashion (as fascist, nazis, etc.)

That salamander in the background is a symbol of resistance organisation that was pretty much fascist.

Yeah it should be removed. It’s a sticker that tries to popularise certain part of historical revisionism that has been appropriated by far right. Haven’t seen one of these in years as the whole hype for “żołnierze wyklęci” has died post pandemic.
So what it’s about? To put it short, after WW2 ended there were certain troops that did not turn in their arms and surrender after their formations were disbanded. Their motivations were varied; from ones waiting for the WW3 to break out soon to ones that simply feared prosecution (justified or not, it also depended). Those troops did not create any unified front, did not have any significant successes and had fair share of controversies to them. Most of them turned in following the amnesty of 1947 with only singular troops left. Historically speaking their activity is typical for this kind of setting and was totally unremarkable, so they weren’t talked much about. Then after far right started surging and taking over institutions like IPN, they started pushing the idea that those people were indeed some kind of remarkable heroes for freedom and the memory of them was repressed due to (insert your conspiracy theory of choice) and to promote these troops is an act of patriotism. This revisionist operation is not celebrated anywhere outside of the right-wing movements. This is pretty much it.
