The 27-year-old man involved in the man’s death is previously known to the police due to violent crimes.

“The man’s pattern of behavior indicates that he becomes impulsive when he drinks alcohol and cannot control his emotions. He has been paroled from imprisonment and is on probation. Unfortunately, the evidence collected so far indicates that the man committed a violent crime that resulted in death while under the influence of alcohol.
